Summary: The Board of Education is asked to accept the School Bullying Prevention & Education Grant in the amount of $200,000 for the 2019-2020 school year from the Colorado Department of Education. Twenty-nine schools of Pueblo School District 60 are included in the award of this grant. A total of $600,000 dollars will be awarded over a three-year period.
Funding: Colorado Department of Education, Competitive Grants and Awards Unit.
Recommendation: The Board of Education accepts the allocation of funding received from the Colorado Department of Education, for the Bullying Prevention & Education Grant as presented in the September 12, 2019 Board materials.
