Summary:
The Board of Education is asked to approve the Service Agreement between Colorado School Medicaid Consortium and Pueblo School District No. 60. The term of the contract is July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020. The contract amount is not to exceed $30,700.00.

The Consortium is vital to the success of Pueblo City Schools, School Health Services Medicaid Program. The Consortium collaborates with school districts to ensure the successful implementation of the Medicaid School Health Services Program by providing advocacy, training, ezEDMed web-based documentation tool, consultation, and support.
