Summary The Board of Education is asked to consent to the Assignment and Modification Agreement between the purchasers of the former Central School and the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo. The District previously granted the Housing Authority a number of non-exclusive parking spaces to be used in conjunction with the ownership of the property that are being assigned to the purchasers.
