Anyone intending to speak to the Board should sign the speaker sign-in sheet before 6:00 p.m. No person shall be permitted to sign up for another person nor shall anyone be permitted to exchange time or yield time to another. Each speaker shall be limited to three minutes each. The number of speakers is limited to ten. Info
